WARRANTIES OF AFTERMARKET ENGINES

When purchasing an aftermarket engine, you understand these engines are built and designed for high performance and/or off road applications. Unrestricted Motorsports, LLC warrants all of its engines free from workmanship defect for a period of 180 days from the date of install when the engine is installed in house, at our facility in Phoenix, AZ. This warranty is limited to workmanship only, and does not include materials, unless the workmanship caused the direct failure of the material itself. Due to the nature of these engines, if you choose to have your engine installed either by yourself, or another facility, there are no warranties expressed or implied. ALL engine warranty claims must be inspected in house prior to warranty approval to determine the root cause of the failure. If it is found that the vehicle has been used in racing, forced induction, nitrous oxide, or any other purpose that the engine was not specifically built for, the warranty of the engine will be immediately void.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Unrestricted Motorsports, LLC, you agree that the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Unrestricted Motorsports, LLC or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Unrestricted Motorsports,LLC or to products you purchase through Unrestricted Motorsports,LLC shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Arizona, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Unrestricted Motorsports ,LLC intellectual property rights, Unrestricted Motorsports,LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Arizona, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

OUR RETURN POLICY, DAMAGE CLAIM AND WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Returns - Should you need to return an item for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for an RGA number or Return Goods Authorization number.
All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and no returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.

Special Order and and Electrical items are not returnable. Parts or items that have been modified in anyway, shape or form, are not returnable.

Customers are responsible for freight on all returned items. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless Unrestricted Motorsports, LLC was at fault and/or made an error.

Customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for any package returned by the shipping company because of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs incurred are not refundable.

Damaged Goods or Claims - Always inspect the contents of your shipment in the presence of the delivery driver, delivering your package. Should you find any damage, notify the shipping company immediately so that necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of part or item. Please notify Unrestricted Motorsports, LLC of the claim. Failure to follow these steps WILL result in the denial of your claim.

Warranties - All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts you receive. Unrestricted Motorsports, LLC and the manufacturer do not honor warranty requests due to improper handling, installation, neglect, accidents, or parts used for competition use.
